1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using LatinaLove.net (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful, including your name, gender, and photos.
3. Membership and billing
Membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis at the price shown at checkout, billed automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method each billing period until you cancel.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund, in full or in part, for the current billing period. Instead, your membership and access to the Site will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for (your pre-determined expiry date), after which it will not renew and access will end.
5. Applications and account approval
New applications are reviewed before approval. We may reject an application, including for incomplete, inaccurate, or mismatched details (for example, a photo that does not match the gender selected), or reasons at our discretion. Rejected applicants are welcome to reapply.
6. Member conduct
You agree to use the Site respectfully and lawfully, not to impersonate another person, not to post content you do not have the right to use, and not to harass or deceive other members. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without refund for the current billing period.
7. Content and photos
You are responsible for the photos and information you submit, and confirm you have the right to share them. You retain ownership of your content, and grant us the right to display it on the Site as part of the service.
8. No guarantee of matches or outcomes
LatinaLove.net is a platform for members to connect. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, and we are not responsible for the conduct of other members, on or off the Site.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LatinaLove.net is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
